Fall Burlap Wreath

Fall is in the air! Yay!! I love the smells, the cooler weather, and the {colors}! So I bought some burlap over 6 months ago, it has been sitting under some other craft projects. I pulled it out today determined to do something with it! I needed a new wreath for my front door and had an extra grapevine one I picked up at the DI for 1.00! So this is what I did!!
{Fall Burlap Wreath}
Item's Needed:
1 grapevine wreath
Burlap
4- large/medium different colored buttons
Hot Glue/Hot Glue Gun
Scissors
Step 1: Take your burlap and cut out 6 strands 1 1/2 inches thick and 24-28 inches long.
Step 2: Start by twisting one end in and glueing it in place like so:
Step 3: Then continue twisting and glueing every so often. You can twist it both directions to give it the "flower" look..
You can also just twist it repeatedly and glue it every so often to make a smaller flower!
Step 4: Take your buttons and glue them on to the top of your {flowers}
Step 5: Then glue them in any order or fashion you want onto the wreath...
Step 6: Take another string of your burlap and tie it around the wreath to create a hanger!
Seriously?! I LOVE IT!! It is one of my favorite projects so far. Simple but SUPER cute!!! :) What do you think?!
ENJOY :)
