Here is cute idea to through a Valentine-ish twist on your kiddos lunch...or yours for that matter. :) All I did was make Bologna Sandwiches and used a heart cookie cutter to cut to hearts out of the sandwich...I realize it leaves extras..but I cut those out in little squares and they at all but the crust!! They loved them and I have to say they are rather cute!!! See for yourself:
We served them with pink applesauce and white string cheese.
We also drank pink or red juice (courtesy of kool-aid) of course.
